Overnight storms keep paramedics busy

The overnight storms kept paramedics.

EMSA spokesperson Kelli Bruer tells KRMG that crews had 23 storm-related calls overnight.

The only real injury was a firefighter that cut his hand with a chainsaw.

Bruer says the remainder of the calls were for patients that rely on medical equipment like oxygen tanks that had stopped working because of the power outages.
