TULSA - The search for a missing man has become a murder investigation, and two women now face charges for unlawful removal of a body.
The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation says it discovered the body of Nathan Dale Blankenship, 32, near Bowlegs, Oklahoma Thursday night.
That's in Seminole County, southeast of Oklahoma City.
Blankenship was reported missing from Oklahoma City several weeks ago.
After a witness led them to the body, OSBI agents arrested two women, Jessica Cornwell, 43, and Adena Beasley, 43, both of Oklahoma City.
They were booked into jail in Seminole County on one count each of unauthorized removal of a dead body, which is a felony.
The women are described as "acquaintances" of Blankenship.
The state Medical Examiner's Office has not yet determined the cause or manner of Blankenship's death.
