Okmulgee police have a man in jail, accused of firing gunshots at a roofing crew.
29-year old Marco Hernandez was arrested Tuesday for shooting with intent to kill.
We're told Hernandez fled the scene before he was arrested at another residence following a 45-minute standoff with police.
Some of the gunshots struck a residence, but no one was injured.
