Oklahoma man arrested for making threat in Wyoming

A 34-year-old Oklahoma City man was arrested Monday night for making threats to Casper, Wyoming.

The FBI says several people called 911 Monday morning after spotting a post on an internet bulletin board from Glenn Kirkham.

The post said there would be an attack within 1-to-2 hours using small caliber handguns and other weapons.

All of the schools were locked down in the entire county.

Kirkham was arrested in Oklahoma City by 5:30 Monday night.

Agents say they want to remind everyone that this arrest is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
