A Tulsa murder suspect just pleaded guilty, but will avoid the death penalty.
Jerard Davis is one of two men accused of killing an Oral Roberts University student and her boyfriend at Hicks Park near 31st and Mingo in east Tulsa.
Prosecutors say Davis and Darren Price robbed the couple and took off in their car.
Price hasn't been to trial.
