A Tulsa murder suspect accused of killing a man last Christmas Eve is in the Tulsa County jail.
Tulsa police arrested 19-year old Shelvon Williams yesterday.
Police tell us he shot Shawn Banks to death at the Town Square Apartments after an argument over a rifle that had been stolen from Banks.
Williams is accused of first degree murder, operating a motor vehicle without a license, shooting with intent to kill, robbery by force and fear and possessing a firearm by a delinquent.
