Prosecutors say there is enough evidence to file a murder charge against a man in the death of his son.
A man whose 22-month old son died after being left in a hot car for seven hours is going on trial for murder.
A grand jury on Thursday indicted Justin Ross Harris on charges of malice murder, felony murder and cruelty to children.
Harris is also facing charges linked to sending sexually explicit messages to an underage girl.
Prosecutors in suburban Atlanta have said Harris sent explicit messages even on the day his son, Cooper, died.
Prosecutors have accused Harris of intentionally leaving Cooper in the car.
His attorney says the boy's death was accidental.
Prosecutors say Harris will likely be arraigned in a few weeks and that they'll decide whether to seek the death penalty before his arraignment.
