Model flashes jailer her privates during booking

On July 3rd, Devan Serpa was arrested in connection with a shooting at two cars.

As she was being booked, Serpa decided to show one of the jailers her lady parts. The more official police report says Serpa flashed her “genital area” as she was going through the procedure.

That allowed cops in Morgan City, Louisiana to add obscenity charges to the criminal property damage and illegal use of a weapon counts already filed against her.

No one was hurt in the shootings, no word on how the guard handled the free show.

The aspiring model is still in jail.
