The body of a missing 22-year-old woman was found Thursday in a car that had more than a half dozen parking tickets, including one issued at a different location from where the car was parked.
Police in Marple Township, outside Philadelphia, say the car was initially ticketed February 10 as being parked illegally during a snow storm.
The parking authority then towed it to a different location, where it was ticketed another six or seven times.
Because of the snow, dark-tinted windows, and the fact that a large gym bag had been thrown over the body, no one realized Nadia Malik's body was inside, police say.
Malik, a mother of two, had been reported missing.
Investigators have tracked down her ex-boyfriend in Ohio; they took him into custody for a parole violation and will question him about Malik's death.
They're calling her death "suspicious" but the ME has not ruled on means or manner of death yet.
