Missing Tulsa man found months later, says he was riding his bike to Florida

A Tulsa man, missing for three months, turns up hundreds of miles from home.

Johnny Pinsonneault was reported missing from Tulsa on July 19. He was last seen leaving the Red Fork area on his green Trek bicycle

Tulsa Police detectives received a phone call Tuesday morning from Pinsonneault’s son who told detectives he has spoken with his dad and he is doing well.

Pinsonneault told his son he rode his bike from Tulsa to Mississippi on his way to Florida.

Police in Mississippi had stopped Pinsonneault and ran his name through their computer system. They informed Pinsonneault that he was listed as missing.
