Sun, March 19, 2017 - A convicted felon took officers on a high-speed chase Saturday night.
24-year-old Anthony Hain had a lot of reasons not to stop.
However, he didn’t have a choice after losing control of his vehicle and crashing into a stop sign on East Pine Street.
“Inside the vehicle, under the back of the driver’s seat, officers located a box that contained a Crown Royal bag,” Tulsa police said. “Inside the Crown Royal bag was several plastic baggies of crystal substance. The baggies weighed a total of 136.07 grams.”
The crystal substance tested positive for meth. Officers also located another baggie with 4.38 grams of meth and a baggie containing marijuana.
Police say they also recovered two guns. Felons are not allowed to possess guns.
Two other unidentified suspects were also taken into custody.
