Mayoral candidate cook-off cancelled; efforts shifted to Moore relief

The KRMG/OKfoodie Mayoral CookOff benefiting the Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma originally scheduled for tonight at the food bank at 1304 N. Kenosha in Tulsa has been cancelled.

Given the tragic loss of life in Moore on Monday, all of the candidates and the OKfoodie staff agreed that our efforts would be better placed focusing on relief efforts.

Ticketholders for the event can have their purchase price refunded or, if they choose, that money will be donated to the American Red Cross to go to disaster relief efforts in Moore.
