Man uses cell phone to peep on friend

A Sand Springs man is arrested for peeping with his cell phone.

An arrest and booking report shows a woman victim found 19-year-old Daniel Parks Ferguson's phone after getting out of the shower.  He had downloaded an app that took photos of the victim every few seconds.

The report shows the pair did know each other.  Ferguson had even broken into the victim's e-mail on a separate occasion.

On Saturday, the victim saw the phone and ended up confronting Ferguson.  Reports show he confessed to the pictures and said it wasn't the first time he had done this with his phone.

He was booked on one complaint of peeping Tom with photographic/electronic equipment.  Ferguson is at the Tulsa County Jail without bond.
