Man threatens to cut off teen's head with an axe

A man threatens to cut off a teen's head with an axe.

Stephens County court records show Randell Hodges walked into the district attorney's office and made the threat against the 18-year-old.

His reason?

Law enforcement was taking too long with his case.

The suspect claims the teen had injured one of his family members and he wanted justice.  Court records show Hodges told people in the office nothing was getting done and he had lost his patience.

Hodges is charged with planning an act of violence.  He's currently in the Stephens County Jail.

The name of the teen was not released.
