Man is stabbed by sister's boyfriend

A woman's boyfriend stabs her brother multiple times in self-defense early Saturday morning.

Tulsa police say it happened around 12:20 a.m., near 73rd and Admiral.

The brother arrived home drunk and began fighting his sister, her boyfriend and a couple of kids.  Police say the boyfriend then pulled a knife and stabbed the brother once in the back of his neck and once in the arm.

Officers responded to the scene on a domestic call.  Police say the brother was found a short time later near the house.

He was transported to an area hospital with serious injuries, but he was stable.  Police say he was lucky because his injuries could have been life-threatening.

The boyfriend wasn't arrested because he was acting in self-defense.  Police say the brother could still be arrested on domestic charges.
