Man stabbed during argument intervention at Tulsa house

A family argument between male and female cousins settled down, then turned into a stabbing when more relatives arrived.

The dispute got worse when someone pulled a knife on a man who was only trying to make peace at the scene Tuesday night near 2500 North Cheyenne Avenue.

Gary Kruse with the News On Six tells us, "The person who tried to stop (the fight) was cut on both hands. He had an outstanding traffic warrant so he left the scene, but police were able to convince him to come back. He's been taken to a hospital to be treated."

Police are still looking for the suspects who left the scene.
