While you were sleeping, a man who told Tulsa police that he was from out of town, was shot during an altercation with another man's neighbors.
We're told that the victim had met a man at a convenience store near 4600 North Lewis about 1 a.m. Wednesday, then accompanied him to a house where the man had some stereo speakers that were for sale.
The victim got into an argument with the man's neighbors and a gunshot was fired.
Tulsa Police Corporal Jerrod Hart tells us the victim was walking back to his car when "he felt that he had got shot, heard the sound of the gun and said that he had got shot in the shin."
Hart says the man got into his car and left the area.
We're told that the victim drove to a Tulsa hospital for treatment, but he was unable to tell police who shot him or where it happened.
