A man was shot during an attempted robbery after he arrived at home and as he was taking out his trash late Tuesday.
Police found the victim collapsed in the front yard when they arrived at a house near 1800 North Louisville Avenue about midnight.
Tulsa Police Corporal Tami Manz tells us the victim is described as "late fifties, white male who had been shot an unknown number of times. He was alert and conscious and was able to give a description of the suspect."
The suspect was hospitalized in serious condition.
Police spotted the suspect a few blocks away and he was arrested after a foot chase.
