Man's shirt sums up why he was arrested for DUI

The old saying goes “the clothes make the man.” In this case, it more described him.

Ross McMakin was arrested for DUI while wearing a T-shirt that said, “Drunk As Sh**.”

To Ross, it made perfect sense.

His girlfriend didn’t know how to drive a stick shift. So, despite being intoxicated, he climbed behind the wheel and promptly drove over a curb and hit a parked car before coming to a stop.

Then, to top off the evening, he tried to choke his girlfriend when she attempted to take his keys.

Gawker says police in Corvallis, Oregon have charged the fellow with drunk driving, reckless endangerment, harassment, and strangulation.

All this while wearing a big smile.
