Man reportedly gets indecent at Tulsa store

Wed, May 24, 2017 — Some people just can’t keep their clothes on.

A 33-year-old man has been arrested again over his habit of getting naked.

Phil Mozie is accused of exposing himself at a store on East 3rd Street recently.  Police say the indecent happened in front of an employee, while he was trying on clothes.

“When the victim brought him another shirt, the defendant stepped into the open door of the bathroom and was completely naked, except for his socks,” police said.  “The victim stated that the suspect’s penis was exposed and erect.”

This was hardly his first BBQ.

Mozie was convicted of indecent exposure in South Carolina back in 2008.  He was court-martialed by the US Army for the same charge in 2013.
