Man pleads guilty to traveling across state lines to meet underage girl

A man pleads guilty in federal court to traveling across state lines in order to sleep with an underage girl.

Tulsa federal court records show the suspect admitted to helping smuggle the then 15-year-old girl into the United States.  From there, he picked her up in Dallas and brought her to Tulsa.

This was just the beginning of their relationship.

Court records show the girl lived with him, his wife, and two children.  He passed the girl off as a daughter from a different relationship.

Once the wife found out about their true relationship, she kicked both of them out of the house.

Court records show the pair then lived together for a while before the teenager asked a social services employee for help.

Calderon-Garcia will be sentenced on October 23.
