Jon Newport pleaded guilty on Thursday to possessing child pornography.
Tulsa federal court records show the Glenpool man is scheduled to be sentenced on September 5th. He pled guilty to just one count of child pornography
He'll be out on bond until then.
Newport confessed to possessing 30 images of child pornography on a laptop computer.
Court records show he used one file-sharing program to get the images.
