One man is behind bars after a disturbance early Monday near 21st and Sheridan.
We're told two men and a woman were arguing behind the old Casa Bonita restaurant about 2:30 a.m.
The caller had said that it looked like the men were trying to force the female into a car.
Tulsa Police Sergeant Gary Otterstrom said, "During the investigation (19-year old) Julio Padilla was arrested for possession of a controlled dangerous substance."
Padilla was jailed on a $2,750 bond.
We're told no one was injured.
