It won’t be the first time Timothy Morrow does time for DUI.
Morrow has been convicted eight times and had nine other citations for driving while intoxicated. But there’s more.
Morrow was also busted twice for boating under the influence.
Ben Dillon was the prosecutor on the case, he told the Chicago Tribune Morrow is the "grim reaper to every driver on the road."
Morrow did jail time in 1995 for DUI and was in the slam again in 1996 for driving without a license.
Dillon was stunned by what Morrow continued to do “it defies logic, its clear this defendant just doesn't get it and doesn't care."
Morrow didn’t go gently, he begged for the court to give him some leniency, saying he had been abused as a child.
The judge in the case didn’t bite.
In ruling he said the abuse may be what "makes Timothy Morrow tick," but pointed out other people have gone through similar things and not become repeat offenders to the system.
"You say you made a mistake," he told Morrow, "you've made mistake after mistake after mistake, for 25 years."
