Man gets shot outside south Tulsa private party

A fight broke out outside a private party early Sunday morning and one man showed up to the hospital with a gunshot wound to his buttocks.

The scene happened around 1:14 a.m. outside Strictly Ballroom near 71st and Lewis.

Investigators believe the victim was at the scene when shots were fired.  However, he didn’t say much while being questioned.

“That person was uncooperative and would not tell us what happened or how they got shot,” an investigator said.

Right now, a motive for the shooting is unknown.
