Man files petition to 'marry my porn filled Apple computer'

Marc Sevier told a judge he filed his motion "on behalf of other minority sexual orientation groups.”

He went on to say he liked "having sex with it over-all other persons or things."

Sevier's actions are aimed at Florida's gay-marriage law. His filing states if gay people are allowed to marry, then he and others should "have the right to marry their object of sexual desire, even if they lack corresponding sexual parts"

More simply he says, “I should have the right to marry my preferred sexual object.”

Judge Robert Hinkle wasn’t amused and wrote, “perhaps the motion is satirical. Or perhaps it is only removed from reality. Either way, the motion has no place in this lawsuit."

Further investigation found Sevier, a former attorney, was blocked from practicing law in Tennessee in 2011 because of a "mental infirmity or illness."

And he's no stranger to unusual lawsuits. Gawker writes tried to sue A&E for suspending Phil Robertson of Duck Dynasty.
