Man exposes himself outside of apartment complex

A woman walking outside of her apartment near 31st and Highway 169 on Thursday, received an unpleasant surprise.

Tulsa police say 51-year-old James Rogers approached her and exposed himself.

Rogers didn't stop there.

Police say he began to touch his private area and asked the woman to go to a secluded place with him in order to "party."

The woman declined his invitation and ran back to her apartment.

Police were called and Rogers was taken into custody.

He's currently in the Tulsa County Jail.  Rogers faces counts of indecent exposure and public intoxication.
