Alcohol may be to blame for a single vehicle fatality crash Friday afternoon.
Oklahoma Highway Patrol say the crash happened on State Highway 80 in Cherokee County.
It's believed Jonathon Seward failed to negotiate a turn and departed the roadway. Troopers say he struck an embankment, an utility pole, and then was ejected from his vehicle.
Seward was declared dead at the scene.
Troopers say they smelled an odor of alcohol on Seward.
There were no other vehicles involved in the crash.
