We've learned a Tulsa man was driving high Saturday morning, with two kids in the seat not properly restrained.
Oklahoma Highway Patrol say Matthew Ingram was pulled over near 6th and Lewis, after changing lanes and cutting off a driver.
It didn't take long for troopers to realize drugs may be involved. Ingram was escorted to the troopers car and he smelled like marijuana.
When asked if he was high, Ingram first said he hadn't smoked in a couple of hours.
Troopers say his story changed when a search of his car turned up paraphernalia and marijuana.
Ingram then admitted to smoking marijuana and Oxycodone at a friends home, before driving with the kids.
