Man drives drunk with child on his lap

We've learned a man was arrested early Saturday morning for driving drunk, with three children inside his SUV.

Tulsa police say Mark West was pulled over near Pine and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard just after midnight.

His 3-year-old son was sitting in his lap when officers approached the SUV.  Police say two other boys were also inside the vehicle.  Their ages were not given. 

West denied being intoxicated, but a breathalyzer test said otherwise.

Police say West was then taken into custody.  He faces multiple counts including DUI and child endangerment.

West has a prior DUI arrest from 2008.
