Man confesses to shaking baby in Oklahoma

Wed, Oct 18, 2017 — It's a disturbing story out of Oklahoma City involving a 24-year-old man and his 2-month-old foster son.

An OKC newspaper reports Austin Davis has been booked on a count of child abuse after the little boy died of what doctors believe to be shaken baby syndrome.

While being questioned, Davis was willing to confess to investigators. Police say he admitted the child was crying so he “picked him up and shook him.”

He even apparently demonstrated what he did to officers.

Davis has been booked into the Oklahoma County Jail.
