A man is accused of raping a 14-year-old girl in November.
Tulsa court records show Joseph Medina was charged yesterday. He faces one count of first-degree rape and one count of unlawful possession of a controlled drug.
Police say the victim told people about the incident in June and Medina was taken into custody the same day.
He's accused of giving the teen brandy, before raping her.
Medina remains in the Tulsa County Jail.
