TULSA, Okla. - One of 3 people charged with murder in a meth lab fire that killed a 15-month-old boy has been found not guilty.
Jeffrey McBride was found not guilty on all counts by a jury late Friday afternoon.
McBride was charged with felony murder, first degree arson and manufacturing a controlled dangerous substance.
Court records indicate that McBride still faces other drug charges in another case. He also has several prior drug convictions.
Fifteen-month-old Ayden Jennings was found in a back bedroom of the duplex on November 10, 2011. Fire investigators say they discovered meth lab components at the residence.
Ayden's mother, Jennifer Jennings, and another man, Jacob Bell, still face felony murder, first degree arson and manufacturing a controlled dangerous substance as well as child neglect charges.
Jennings and Bell have waived their right to a jury trial and are due back in court February 1st.
