Man attacked with bird feeder for "refusing to party"

The shindig was roaring along just after midnight.

However, it wasn’t quite good enough for Richard Hill.

He wanted to see a little more enthusiasm out of Samuel Hampton, so he tackled the man and hit him in the head with a glass bird feeder.

Sure, why not.

The official statement from Lancaster County, Pennsylvania troopers say Hill was upset because Hampton was "refusing to party with him."

While not a legal violation in any state, “refusing to party” seemed to carry a great deal of weight with Hill.

Police say Hill will be charged with assault.
