Man admits to shooting possible intruder, kills woman in west Tulsa

TULSA, Ok — A man first called police saying he shot an intruder at his home near 33rd west avenue and Admiral.

When police arrived they found a 20-year-old woman  with a gunshot wound on the front porch.  KRMG news has learned the woman died as medics treated her.

Officers say the person killed was romantically involved with the shooter and had stayed at the home in the past.

The man who made the call is in police custody and be questioned.
