Man accused of stabbing neighbor in Broken Arrow

A man was taken into custody this week after being accused of stabbing his neighbor in the thigh with a knife.

The event happened near 209the East Avenue and East Kenosha Street as 39-year-old Justin Poe argued with the neighbor.  No word on what they were arguing about.

Poe's wife says she didn’t see this coming.

“We had tension before, but that was all cleared up,” the wife said.

She adds Poe was intoxicated and suffers medical issues that alter his mind.

He now faces two counts of assault with a deadly weapon and public intoxication.
