Man accused of molesting sleeping relative

A Wagoner man is taken into custody on Monday and is accused of molesting a relative back in March.

Police say the girl told investigators 35-year-old Kenneth Petrick entered her room and sexually touched her while he thought she was sleeping.  He's also accused of showing the victim pornography and serving her something that smelled like alcohol.

The victim originally told a fellow student about what happened.  Police say the information spread to other students until a teacher found out.  This is when the Department of Human Services was notified.

Police say the school also informed the victim's mother.

Petrick denies ever touching the girl.

Court records show bail has been set at $25,000 and he's not allowed to have any contact with the girl.
