A man has been arrested on suspicion of kidnapping a 15-year-old girl and holding her captive for a decade.
Police say the now 25-year-old woman first contacted them Monday and told them she had been drugged and taken by Isidro Garcia in 2004, shortly after she arrived in the United States without legal documentation.
The woman told police in Santa Ana, California, that Garcia sexually assaulted her, forced her into marriage and fathered a child with her.
