Man accused of calling 911 six times over his mother's medication

A man is accused of calling 911 six times because he didn't approve of the medicine his mother was given by her doctors.

Tulsa County deputies say Roger Dalton was taken into custody early Saturday morning.

Deputies went to speak with Dalton around 1 a.m.  They asked the suspect what "dispatch" can do about his problem and he responded back, "nothing."

Dalton was then taken into custody on one count of knowingly making false alarm or complaint.

This wasn't the first time this week Dalton is accused of calling 911 over this issue.

Deputies say they responded out to Dalton's location last Tuesday for the same reason.
