KRMG spent years developing a state of the art app for smartphones that incorporated all the features now available to our listeners.

The app is now available for free, with versions available for both iOS and Android systems.

Some of the features include on demand news, weather and traffic, live Nexrad HD radar, an alarm feature, and the "open mic."

Using "open mic," users can leave comments or questions, report weather or traffic conditions, or enter future contests.

It records the user's voice and automatically sends it directly to the KRMG studios.

The time limit for an individual "open mic" is ten seconds.
