Cloud cover will increase during the day Tuesday, and as the temperatures fall overnight, we could see a wintry mix of precipitation in Tulsa, starting in the early morning hours on Wednesday.
News on 6 Meteorologist Dick Faurot says the chance of snow is greater north of Tulsa, but we could see a little bit of everything.
"Wednesday's looking more and more interesting," Dick says. "Temperature will be near the freezing mark and will stay in the 30's pretty much all day Wednesday, and that means a wintry mix, a good bet, sleet, freezing rain, and/or snow, along with rain."
Some of the model data is bringing some precipitation up into the area around mid-morning on Wednesday.
Dick says the precipitation could continue all the way into Thursday morning, but he said Thursday will be warming and the precipitation should have moved out of the Tulsa rea by Thursday afternoon.
