Kids found in home with meth, trash, used syringes

KRMG has learned three children were taken from their Oklahoma City home on Tuesday due to miserable living conditions.

Police say they executed a search warrant at the home of Allan Stone and Shellie Stewart and were surprised by what they dsicovered.

Inside the home, officers found oxycodone, meth and paraphernalia.

But that was just the beginning.

Police say the house was a mess, with trash all over the place.  Plus, there were used syringes in reach of the children.

One officer says it was hard to get around the home because of "the amount of trash, clutter, and mess."

The two suspects were taken into custody.

Police say the children are now in the custody of their grandmother.
