Homeowner witnesses man drop his shorts, perform sexual act in public

A man is accused of dropping his shorts and touching himself in a sexual way in front of a home late Thursday evening.

Tulsa police say the indecent exposure call went out around 11:10 p.m. near Admiral and Birmingham.

Ricky Lewis was told by a homeowner to leave, so he walked to a yard across the street and started touching himself again.

This is when the homeowner called for help.

Police say before they could arrive, Lewis took off in his truck.

Officers tracked him down a short time later where he was taken into custody.  While being questioned, police say Lewis gave a story about his truck breaking down.  He didn't confess to the indecent exposure.

Lewis is currently in the Tulsa County Jail.
