Tulsa, Okla. - Herman Cain talked to us Wednesday on the KRMG Morning News to give us his take on the Hobby Lobby case.
Herman thinks it's pretty clear-cut, that if you start making people do something against their religious beliefs, it violates the First Amendment.
"And here's the other thing: Hobby Lobby is a private company," Herman said. "Now if the government wanted to try to force things on a government entity, that's one thing, but ESPECIALLY with a private company, it's their decision and their choice."
But he says after the court surprised many by approving Obamacare in the first place, he says nobody should be surprised if they wind up ruling against Hobby Lobby.
