TULSA, Okla. - The jury quickly returned a verdict in the Amber Hilberling murder trial.
They decided she was guilty of second degree murder and recommended 25 years to life.
Hilberling says she pushed her now-deceased husband Josh Hilberling out the window of their apartment in self defense.
Prosecutors say it wasn't an accident.
Closing arguments began around 10:00 Monday morning and lasted around 3 hours.
Jurors began their deliberations around 1:15 Monday afternoon.
Hilberling rejected a plea deal offered by prosecutors the Friday before her trial began.
The young woman has had her share of troubles while moving through the court case.
In January of last year, a Tulsa County judge today revoked Hilberling's bond after prosecutors say she failed two drug tests.
Sentencing is scheduled for April 23rd.
