Group wants Gov. Fallin to set marijuana date

An Oklahoma group is getting antsy regarding Gov. Mary Fallin not yet setting a date to vote on medical marijuana.

A petition last year garnered enough signatures to put the state question on a ballot to Oklahoma voters. Oklahomans for Health say Fallin must do so 90 days before the issue can go to the ballot.

For reference, SQ788 would permit doctors to recommend patients for state-issued medical marijuana licenses in Oklahoma.

Do you think medical marijuana should be legal in Oklahoma?  How about recreational marijuana?
