Tulsa County Deputies went to a Collinsville home Friday to serve a search warrant on the woman's daughter.
When deputies arrived, they spotted Dalton Salisbury and Madeline LaValley walking out of the house toward their car.
Madeline told investigators her mother, Anita Olsin, was inside the house with her three children.
The deputies wrote in a report, "Olsin had three very small juvenile children in the room with her."
Deputies asked to see Madeline's bedroom.
The mother pointed to the door where investigators say they found a bag with marijuana, a bong, scales and a glass smoking pipe.
On the bedside table, deputies found two animal type syringes, a bottle of steroids and an unmarked pill bottle.
The deputy noted in the report, "I did observe a box of 9mm shells sitting on the table with the drugs, but was unable to find the gun."
Investigators then went back to the grandmother's bedroom to see what they could find.
"In the floor of the closet next to the bed, I did locate four bags of a white powder, three glass smoking pipes, two snorting straws and one piece of tin foil."
Tulsa County deputies took all three into custody.
They also found two abused dogs on the property.
