TULSA, Okla - Have you been watching or following the Republican National Convention this week?
Most of the people with whom we spoke say they aren't watching every minute of the convention.
But many tell us they are catching at least parts of it.
At a south Tulsa pizza place, one man told us in between bites of a pepperoni and sausage pizza, “I watched part of it because I was watching the storm. I saw the one speech from the Governor from New Jersey…Chris Christie…I enjoyed that.”
A woman told us she’s been watching the convention almost non-stop.
“I love the Republican convention. We especially liked Ann Romney’s speech.”
Another diner told us that she felt the American people are finally beginning to wake up a little more, thanks to this convention.
A new poll indicates Mitt Romney has pulled even with President Barack Obama.
In the Reuters/Ipsos poll, Romney and Obama were deadlocked among likely voters at 43 percent each.
That was an improvement for Romney from Obama's two-point lead on Tuesday and four-point lead on Monday.
