Search giant Google is apparently having a hard time finding women and minorities to hire.
Google says just 2 percent of its 50,000 employees are black, 3 percent are Hispanic, and 30 percent are women.
The numbers were compiled as part of a report that major U.S. employers must file with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
A company official says Google's diversity is not where the firm wants it to be.
