A former Tulsa Public School Athletic Director was sentenced Wednesay in federal court for embezzlement.
A judge ordered a seven month prison sentence for Stephanie Spring.
Spring was also sentenced to three years supervised release and ordered to pay $92,000 restitution.
Prosecutors say in 2011 Spring rented out school property and pocketed the cash.
Spring's attorney requested a sentenced that didn't include jail time because of her personal history and positive contributions to the community.
The attorney also said there weren't any direct consequences to the Tulsa Public Schools system or its students.
Spring resigned in January of 2012 and pleaded guilty to embezzlement.
Right after her resignation, Dr. Ballard, the Superintendent of TPS, told KRMG the ordeal was tough on everyone.
